Go to "My Forms"
On the bottom navigation bar, tap the button on the far left.

Add a Form
To add a form, tap the pink + button, then tap "access code"

Use Access Code
If you have a template access code, type it in here and tap "save copy of form"

Edit/Customize Your Form Template!
There are a few ways to do this...

Edit an existing question
Tap the question, change or add text, then tap the pink check mark at the bottom.

Add a new question
Tap the pink + at the bottom, select your question format, add text, tap the pink +

Delete an existing question
Tap the question, tap the 3 dots in the top right, tap delete.

Save Changes
Scroll to the bottom and tap "SAVE CHANGES"

Activate Form
Toggle the form activation switch on the bottom of the form tile

Copy Link & Share
Copy the link using the "COPY URL" button and paste it into your social media bios, on your website or anywhere customers typically inquire!
